NEW DVD TITLES FOR JULY

A Quiet Place (Rated PG-13): A powerful and evil force threatens to attack a family whenever they make a noise, causing them to plunge into lives of silence. Any move they make, they live with the terrifying threat of being ambushed at any moment. With the existence on the line, they will need to develop a plan to escape their perilous circumstances. The question is whether or not time has already run out on their aspirations to lead normal lives.

Blockers (Rated R): After discovering their daughters intend to lose their virginity on prom night, three parents make it their mission to stop them.

Chappaquiddick (Rated PG-13): Based on historical events, this suspenseful thriller examines the infamous 1969 death of Mary Jo Kopechne, who drowned after Senator Ted Kennedy drove off a bridge on Chappaquiddick Island, and the moral and legal complexities that play out over the following week.

Civilizations: From the Ancient to the Modern (Not Rated): Survey the history of art, from antiquity to the present, on a global scale. The nine-part series reveals the role art and creative imagination have played in forging humanity, and introduces viewers to works of beauty, ingenuity, and illumination across cultures. Narrated by Liev Schreiber.

Finding Your Feet (Rated PG-13): On the eve of retirement, a judgmental middle-class snow discovers her husband has been having an affair with her best friend and is forced into exile with her bohemian sister who lives on an impoverished inner-city council estate.

I Feel Pretty (Rated PG-13): A woman struggling with insecurity wakes from a fall believing she is the most beautiful and capable woman on the planet. Her new confidence empowers her to live fearlessly, but what happens when she realizes her appearance never changed?

Isle of Dogs (Rated PG-13): Set in dystopian Japan, the story follows a young boy searching for his dog after the species is banished to an island following the outbreak of a canine flu.

One Strange Rock (Not Rated): From Executive Producer Darren Aronofsky, this series tells the extraordinary story of life on Earth, told by the only people to have left it behind: astronauts.

Overboard (Rated PG-13): A spoiled, wealthy yacht owner is thrown overboard and becomes the target of revenge from his mistreated employee. A remake of the 1987 comedy.

Pumpkin Pie Wars (Not Rated): Ten years ago, Faye and Lydia each opened their own bakeries in Emeryville, Ohio, after a personal and professional fall-out during a local Pumpkin Pie contest. Now their children, and co-workers, Casey and Sam, are set to carry on the rivalry as they go head-to-head in the same contest. There's only one problem for these two people who are supposed to hate each other, they start to fall in love.

Rampage (Rated PG-13): Primatologist Davis shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent, silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth. When a greed-fueled corporation's genetic experiment goes awry, George and other animals across the country are mutated into aggressive super creatures that rampage the city. In an adrenaline-filled ride, Davis tries to find an antidote to not only halt a global catastrophe, but to also save the fearsome creature that was once his friend.

Ready Player One (Rated PG-13): When the creator of a virtual reality world called the OASIS dies, he releases a video in which he challenges all OASIS users to find his Easter Egg, which will give the finder his fortune.

Tully (Rated R): The film is about Marlo, a mother of three including a newborn, who is gifted a night nanny by her brother. Hesitant to the extravagance at first, Marlo comes to form a unique bond with the thoughtful, surprising, and sometimes challenging young nanny named Tully.
