NEW DVD TITLES FOR APRIL

A Dog Way's Home (Rated PG): As a puppy, Bella finds her way into the arms of Lucas, a young man who gives her a good home. When Bella becomes separated from Lucas, she soon finds herself on an epic, 400-mile journey to reunite with her beloved owner. Along the way, the lost but spirited dog touches the lives of an orphaned mountain lion, a down-on-his-luck veteran and some friendly strangers who happen to cross her path.

Beginner Tai-Chi for Health (Not Rated): Mirror-View exercises that are presented in two easy, low-impact, whole-body routines, each fifteen minutes in length, ideal for those with limited time. Includes a demonstration of the 16-movement tai chi form.

Bumblebee (Rated PG-13): A teenager trying to find her place in the world discovers and repairs a battle-scarred robot disguised as a Volkswagen Beetle.

Glass (Rated PG-13): Security guard David Dunn uses his supernatural abilities to track Kevin Wendell Crumb, a disturbed man who has twenty-four personalities.

The Invisibles (Not Rated): While Nazi propaganda minister Josef Goebbels infamously declared Berlin "free of Jews" in 1943, 1,700 Jewish Berliners managed to survive in the Nazi capital. Claus Rafle's gripping docudrama traces the stories of four real-life survivors who learned to hide in plain sight.

Kid Who Would Be King (Rated PG): Alex believes he is just another nobody until he stumbles upon Excalibur, the mythical sword in the stone. He unites the wizard Merlin, his enemies, and his friends to take on Morgana, the enchantress.

The Mule (Rated R): A broke Korean War veteran, played by Clint Eastwood, in his 80s unknowingly becomes a drug mule for a Mexican cartel.

Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase (Rated PG): After the death of his wife, Carson Drew decides to leave Chicago behind and make a fresh start with his daughter in River Heights. But for sixteen-year-old Nancy Drew, life in a small town is mighty dull. She longs for excitement, adventure, and the chance to make a difference. Nancy gets that opportunity when she is asked to help solve the ghostly activity at the Twin Elms mansion. Can she help explain the creaking footsteps, exploding lightbulbs, and the ominous creature?

On the Basis of Sex (Rated PG-13): The story of Ruth Bader Ginsburg's early years as a lawyer and the ground-breaking gender discrimination case she takes on.

Refugees of Shangri-La: The Story of Bhutan's Forgotten People (Not Rated): After twenty years surviving refugee camps in Nepal, the Kingdom of Bhutan's forgotten exiles abandon hopes of returning to their lost land and seek a new life in a place called America.

Replicas (Rated PG-13): In this suspenseful sci-fi thriller, Keanu Reeves stars as William Foster, a neuroscientist on the verge of transferring human consciousness into a computer when his beloved wife and children are killed in a car crash. Desperate to resurrect his family, William recruits a fellow scientist to help secretly clone their bodies. When William learns that he can only replicate three of the four family members, he makes a decision with fateful consequences.

Serenity (Rated R): The story of a fishing boat captain who is approached by his ex-wife to murder her abusive new husband.

Vice (Rated R): Christian Bale stars as Dick Cheney in this epic tale of how a bureaucratic Washington insider quietly becomes the most powerful man in the world. Co-starring Amy Adams, Steve Carell, and Sam Rockwell, it is a darkly comic look behind the scenes of American politics.

TELEVISION SHOWS

Victoria Season 3 (Rated TV-PG): The early life of Queen Victoria, from her ascension to the throne at the tender age of 18 to her courtship and marriage to Prince Albert.
